From there, fly to Jessore and drive to Khulna to visit Bagerhat’s Mosque City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes the magnificent Sixty Dome Mosque, the Nine Dome Mosque, and Khan Jahan Ali’s tomb. Next, venture into the legendary Sundarbans Mangrove Forest, the world’s largest, home to rare wildlife including the Royal Bengal Tiger.
Travel north to Bogra to see Mahasthangarh, Bangladesh’s oldest archaeological site, and the UNESCO-listed Somapura Mahavihara at Paharpur, one of the greatest Buddhist monasteries in South Asia. On your way back to Dhaka, visit Tangail’s weaver villages to witness traditional handloom artistry and the historic Atia Mosque.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Dhaka
Arrive at Dhaka Airport, transfer to hotel, optional city tour, and welcome dinner. Overnight in Dhaka.
Day 2: Dhaka Sightseeing
Visit Dhakeshwari Temple, Lalbagh Fort, Star Mosque, Sadarghat River Port, Parliament House, and more. Overnight in Dhaka.
Day 3: Dhaka – Jessore – Khulna
Morning flight to Jessore, drive to Bagerhat. Explore 60 Dome Mosque (UNESCO), Khan Jahan’s tomb, and Nine Dome Mosque. Overnight in Khulna.
Day 4: Sundarbans Excursion
Boat trip through Sundarbans mangrove forest, home to the Royal Bengal Tiger. Return to Khulna for overnight stay.
Day 5: Khulna – Bogra
Drive 8 hours to Bogra via countryside and village stops. Overnight in Bogra.
Day 6: Bogra – Paharpur – Mahasthangarh
Visit Paharpur Buddhist Monastery (UNESCO) and Mahasthangarh fortress (3rd century BC). Evening local market experience. Overnight in Bogra.
Day 7: Bogra – Tangail – Dhaka
Visit Tangail weaver’s village and Atia Mosque (1609). Drive back to Dhaka for overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure from Dhaka
Farewell breakfast and transfer to airport for departure.
