Booking Policy

1. Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized representatives.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified for the chosen package.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details (e.g., passport information, special requirements). The agency is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.

2. Payments

  • A deposit of [15%] of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment must be completed at least [3 days] before the departure date.
  • For last-minute bookings (less than 1 day before departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than [30 days] before departure: [X%] refund of total amount paid.
  • 15–29 days] before departure: [X%] refund of total amount paid.
  • [14 days or less]: No refund.
  • If the agency cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient group size, natural disasters, government restrictions), customers may choose between:
    • A full refund, or
    • Credit toward a future trip of equal value.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Customers may request changes (e.g., travel dates, participant names) subject to availability and applicable fees.
  • The agency reserves the right to apply administrative fees for amendments.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
  • The agency is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete/invalid travel documents.
  • Customers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs during their travel.

6. Health & Safety

  • Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, baggage loss).
  • Any special medical or dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
  • The agency reserves the right to refuse service to travelers who may pose a risk to themselves or others.

7. Liability

  • The agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
  • The agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages beyond its direct control.

8. Force Majeure

  • The agency is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, or government restrictions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
