All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified for the chosen package.
Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details (e.g., passport information, special requirements). The agency is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.
2. Payments
A deposit of [15%] of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be completed at least [3 days] before the departure date.
For last-minute bookings (less than 1 day before departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. Changes & Amendments
Customers may request changes (e.g., travel dates, participant names) subject to availability and applicable fees.
The agency reserves the right to apply administrative fees for amendments.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
The agency is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete/invalid travel documents.
Customers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs during their travel.
6. Health & Safety
Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, baggage loss).
Any special medical or dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
The agency reserves the right to refuse service to travelers who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
7. Liability
The agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
The agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages beyond its direct control.
8. Force Majeure
The agency is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, or government restrictions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
